Shipping, Delivery & Cancellation Policy

At Moncheri, we strive to deliver your fashion jewellery in excellent condition and within the shortest possible time.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days, and delivery takes approximately 2–5 business days depending on the location.

Orders placed before 10:00 AM IST will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Important Shipping Guidelines

• Provide a complete and accurate address including House/Flat Number, Floor, Street Name, Locality, and a nearby Landmark.

• Enter the correct City, State, and PIN/Postal Code. Incorrect details may cause delays or misrouting.

• Ensure your phone number (preferably mobile) is correct and reachable, as our courier partner may contact you for delivery-related queries.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel and pay the amount (preferably with exact change).

Damaged or Tampered Parcel

If you receive a damaged or tampered parcel, please do NOT accept the delivery and immediately inform us at 📞 7202020567 or email us at 📧 moncheriworld@gmail.com.

Important Note: All Moncheri orders are securely packed and sealed before dispatch. Parcels pass through multiple handling stages during transit. Moncheri will not be responsible for missing items once a damaged shipment is accepted.

Shipping Charges & COD Rules

• Free Shipping on all orders of ₹499 and above.

• A flat shipping charge of ₹60 applies to orders below ₹499.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Charge: An additional fee of ₹30 will be charged on all COD orders.

Minimum Order Value for COD: Cash on Delivery is available only for orders with a total value above ₹199.

• Shipping charges remain the same regardless of the size or quantity of items.

• Order value is calculated after applying discounts, GST, or other applicable charges.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

Each order can be shipped to one address only. For multiple delivery addresses, please place separate orders.

How Do I Track My Order?

You can check the status of your order by visiting the “My Orders” section under My Account on our website.

Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.

How Are Moncheri Orders Delivered?

All Moncheri orders are shipped through trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ecom Express, XpressBees, Shadowfax, Speed Post, or other reliable logistics providers.

International Delivery

Currently, Moncheri delivers only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

Cancellation & Modifications

Orders may be cancelled in rare cases due to product unavailability, pricing or inventory discrepancies, or payment verification issues.

Prepaid order refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Cancellation requests must be made before the order is packed. Once packed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Shipping address modifications are allowed only before the order is processed (packed).

Refund Policy

• Cash on Delivery: No refund applicable.

• Prepaid Orders: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after cancellation approval.
