Return Policy

Didn’t love what you ordered? Changed your mind after receiving your jewellery? No worries — at Moncheri, we understand that fashion choices can change.

Our goal is to ensure you never regret your purchase. We value your trust and your money, which is why we offer a simple and transparent return policy for your convenience.

How to Place a Return

To initiate a return, please raise a request within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please contact our customer support team via:

You will need to provide:

• Order number

• Clear images of the product and original label/tag

• Reason for return

Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will guide you through the next steps.

Important: Return requests raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Refund Details

(A) Cash on Delivery (COD / Pay on Delivery) Orders

For Damaged / Defective / Wrong Items: We will refund the full amount to your Bank Account or UPI.

For Change of Mind / Style Preference: Refund will be issued as Store Credit (Coupon Code) valid for 1 year.

How to receive Bank Refund: Our support team will contact you to securely collect your UPI ID or Bank Details after the return is approved.

• Store credits cannot be transferred to any other payment method.

• Once the returned parcel is received and verified, you will get a confirmation email and the refund/store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.

(B) Pre-Paid Orders (UPI / Cards / Net Banking / Wallets)

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment source.

• Refund timeline: 4–6 business days after the returned item is received.

• Delivery charges are non-refundable.

• Discounts applied during purchase will be adjusted from the refund amount.

Payment-specific refunds:

• Card payments → refunded to the same card

• UPI payments → refunded to the same UPI ID

Note: Shipping cost will not be refunded and applicable refund amount will be calculated after deducting discounts offered at time of purchase.

You will receive an email confirmation once your return is received and refund processing begins.

⚠️ Please do not share the OTP with the pickup partner until the parcel has been successfully handed over.

Cost of Return Shipping

Defective/Damaged Products : Moncheri will bear the return shipping cost. We will arrange a free pickup.

Change of Mind / Dislike : If you dislike the product or want to exchange it, a reverse pickup charge of ₹60 will be deducted from your refund/store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

• Gift Hampers are not eligible for return.

• Customized or personalized items.

• Items under ₹99.

Exchange Policy

Currently, Moncheri does not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to try a different style, colour, or design:

• Return the unwanted item.

• Place a new order for your preferred piece.

• Use the coupon code shared with you after return approval.
